Set Menu Terms & Conditions

• Final numbers are required no later than 7 days prior to the booking date.
• Large bookings are available for a maximum of 4hrs.
• We ask that all children vacate the pub by 8pm. 
• We require a 25% deposit to confirm this booking, final payment is required no later than 7 days prior to the booking date 

Buffet Menu Terms & Conditions

• The Orangery is available for exclusive hire for groups of 40 or more. Should your numbers drop below this amount we reserve the right to book out any remaining tables in the area.
• Final numbers are required no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. 
• We require a 25% deposit to confirm this booking. Final payment is required no later than 7 days before the booking date.

Cancellation Terms 

• Cancellations made up to 4 weeks prior to the booking date will be eligible for a full refund of the booking value, minus the initial deposit payment
• Cancellations made between 1 – 3 weeks prior to the booking start date will be charged 50% of the booking value
• Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the booking date will be charged 100% of the booking value.
